Made with C60 concrete and reinforced with prestressed steel strands, these panels are designed for strength and durability, while the tongue and groove joints create tidy, continuous walls with fewer joints.
Panels are cast to order in standard thicknesses of 100mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 280mm, with heights of 1.0m, 1.2m, or 1.5m. Lengths can be customised to match the spacing of your steel columns, whether inside a building or for a king post retaining wall outdoors. With their flexibility in size and design, the panels can be tailored to meet specific wall height, material density, and surcharge requirements.

Standard panel heights are designed to match common building layouts. Custom heights can be manufactured to suit your project, giving flexibility in wall design.
Panel thickness: 100mm, 150mm, 180mm, 280mm
Choose the right thickness for your application. Thinner panels suit dividing walls and lighter storage, while thicker panels provide extra strength for heavy-duty or external retaining walls.
Material density: up to 18 kN/m³
Suitable for storing most bulk materials, including grain, silage, fertiliser, aggregates, and recyclables.
Surcharge capacity: up to 20 kN/m²
Prestressed panels can be designed to resist surcharges up to 20 kN/m², depending on thickness and wall design—ideal for agricultural and industrial storage.
Concrete strength: C60 mix
Panels are made from high-grade C60 concrete, providing exceptional durability and resistance to impact and abrasion.
Connection: tongue and groove edges

Front faces are smooth-mould finished for a high-quality appearance, while back faces are hand-trowelled for production efficiency.
Foundation type: fixed to steel columns
Panels rest on pad foundations and slot into the webs of steel columns, or can be fixed externally using a steel plate, bolt, and washer system.

Handling & Installation of Prestressed Concrete Panels
Prestressed panels are easy to transport, lift, and position on site.
- Delivered stacked flat for safe transportation and easy offloading.
- Offloaded with forks, then positioned using a telehandler or 360° excavator.
- Supplied with cast-in threaded sockets and lifting shackles for safe handling.
- Panels slot between steel columns or can be fixed externally using steel plates, bolts, and washers supplied with every order.
