Prestressed Concrete Panels
- What is the current waiting time for the prestressed concrete panels?
The current waiting time for concrete panels is 3-4 weeks, but please call us to get an up to date estimate.
- What thicknesses do the prestressed concrete panels come in?
We currently do 100mm and 150mm thicknesses. We are working on supplying a 200mm thick panel.
- What widths do the prestressed concrete panels come in?
We currently supply 0.5m, 1m and 1.2m wide panels.
- How do you install the prestressed concrete panels?
The panels are generally fixed to a RSJ, either to the inside or outside, depending on the structure. For more information please give us a call, we are more than happy to talk you through the process.
L and T Shape Panels
The panels can be incorporated into a concrete bedding, giving a permanent structure. Alternatively they can be bolted down into a secure foundation, which will allow you to move them at a later date. Please give us a call for more details.
- Are the panels load bearing on both sides?
We produce two types of the panels, a single side load bearing, and a double side load bearing.
- Do you supply corner units?
We do supply corner units, please give us a call and we can explain how they are constructed.
