Concrete Culverts

Our concrete culverts are ideal for the culverting of watercourses, cattle underpasses, escape tunnels and shafts. Concrete culvert units are normally designed for 120 year design life and can accommodate highway loading and/or high fill loads. The box culvert units can be designed and manufactured to fit within the customer’s overall culvert design.

Concrete culverts can be installed very quickly and the road closure is only for a minimal time period.

The concrete culvert units are normally available in 1.5m and/or 2m lengths. The standard internal sizes range from 1m wide x 0.5m high to 5m wide x 2.5m high. For requirements outside of this range, please contact us. The box culverts have in-wall rebated joints suitable for sealing with any proprietary sealant system.

Open channels are also available in a wide range of sizes.

Uses for the concrete box culverts include; water courses, service tunnels, underpasses, subways, escape tunnels, and road crossings.
