 Fixing Kits

 

Spit Epomax Vinylester Resin - Styrene Free

Epomax is a 10:1 resin injection fixing system. On application the pre-mixed resin is injected into the fixing hole. Studs, or internally threaded sockets, are installed immediately and the resin allowed cure time. Epomax Vinylester resin (epoxy acrylate) easy pumping formula, catalytic hardener

Epomax is designed for use with: Concrete, solid brick stone, solid brick, hollow block wall, hollow brick, hollow floor beams

A standard kit comprises of;  High performance concrete resin, resin application gun, M20 x 300mm threaded steel bolts, nuts and washers.

 

 

Capable of lifting any of our units up to 3.5 Tonnes; these are available to hire for the duration of your project.

 

 

A pair of heavy duty D-shackles for manoeuvring the prestressed concrete panels into position for fixing.

 

 

A variety of mastics are available to seal between the joints of the panels.

 

 

Galvanised steel corner angles can be supplied at required lengths for joining panels in corners of buildings.
